Quality user generated content for only $30 a shot? Easy done!

AG Warehouse is an agricultural retailer with stores across Victoria, Southern NSW and Tasmania. With an already established Facebook presence, they wanted to raise brand awareness and branch out into the world of Instagram.

User generated content (UCG) is an incredibly powerful way to connect with customers (want to know more, check out our blog on it here) and increase awareness on the ‘gram.

With so many talented rural photographers and stunning subject matter, we were confident a competition with a $1000 cash prize would encourage some amazing UGC for the newly launched AG Warehouse. 

OBJECTIVE: Build brand awareness on Instagram, build brand affinity and generate UGC for AG Warehouse to use as part of their content strategy.

TARGET: Farmers and townspeople in regional towns around their store locations, aged 25-65+

RESULTS: 52 photo entries over a four-week campaign period, which can now be used as part of their ongoing social media content strategy. These entrants had a combined reach of over 30,000 followers and exceptional engagement rates across the board. As an added bonus the campaign cost per image amounted to just $30 a photo, an exceptional result for high quality UGC.
